I am to share these two with you today: Ice Cream and Jersey Shore. On the new season of Jersey Shore (am I really writing this?) the Shore kids hit up South Beach Miami and are put to work in an ice cream shop. Vinny, who I have learned has to keep a close cut due to his thick Sicilian hair, embraces the job he has been given scooping ice cream at the local gelato shop. Why? Because as he puts it, “Chicks dig ice cream”.]]></description>

Green Smoothies delight! The best part of a green smoothie cleanse, for me, is that even though I may be eating my meals on my own, I know that oodles of peeps around the world are eating/drinking the same thing as me.  There is a delicious sense of community that comes from sharing a meal. That for sure is my fave part of my classes.]]></description>
