Of course, I wasn’t about to go diving in to a Hershey’s bar. No, no, no. I had to think up a chocolate solution that was going to make me feel better in my heart and in my body. This chocolate had to be super powered. It had to be loaded with great fats to offer a soothing back rub to my nervous system. It had to be a little salty to warm my adrenals, and it needed to be sweet to embrace my achy heart.
