Guess whatskees?!?!?!
It’s official that my main man, and the best nutritionist I know, Josh Gitalis, and I are working on our first program together. On the lovely summer weekend of June 25th – June 27th we are inviting you out of the city and into some sweet country side paradise to heal, rest, rejuvenate and have some sweet time to yourself.
The weekend, is jam packed with nutrition sessions aimed at healing all manner of digestive challenges and also working towards attaining and remaining remission. This retreat is great for people who may currently be suffering from digestive challenges, who have undergone surgical stuff and for those who are just looking for alternate solutions to what modern medicine has declared for them.

You may have noticed a theme this week. Between the French Toast Having Wings, King Chaga: Ruler Of The Land, and the old Create Your Own Burger Adventure we enjoyed yesterday. Yep. I have had super foods on the brain as I gear up for the first run of my bran shiny new workshop formerly known as Raw Super Food Power. All week I have been working away at the recipes and info for the two-hour session and have been so inspired by the amazingly delicious ways we can enjoy food as medicine. I don’t know about you but I would so much rather eat a cacao nib filled cookie than pop a magnesium supplement. Food as medicine is one thing, but cookies as medicine… Oh wow!
