Liz emailed me about a month ago with a proposal that I just couldn’t refuse. Despite never having met before, she chose me to help her out with this challenge. Liz gives her reasons here and needless to say, I was flattered.
Liz wanted to get healthy and just didn’t know where or how to start. Given that most people are happier not knowing, when someone actually wants the truth that I work to share, well, it is hard for me to resist.
