Love the smoothies... ever since a friend got me to the Green Cleanse I am a fan.
I want to share my own creation that is perfect for Spring in warmer climates or if you can get the ingredients:
6 large chinolas (passion fruits)
1 beet, fresh not canned or pickled
2 limes
1 pear, ripe and sweet
4 large leaves of Red Russian Kale
2 cups of ice cold water
Enjoy... add ice or Goji Berries if you like...
