    hey meghan Just thought I’d let you know that a few of the recipes in the dessert section are all connected. like when I try to look at the recipe for baked apple it leads me to strawberry butter. There is a couple like that. No rush just wanted to put it out there.

    And I know this is random but whats that birth contol thing you use called again. I remember you talking about it but now I cant find it on the blog.

    Love the smoothies… ever since a friend got me to the Green Cleanse I am a fan.
    I want to share my own creation that is perfect for Spring in warmer climates or if you can get the ingredients:
    6 large chinolas (passion fruits)
    1 beet, fresh not canned or pickled
    2 limes
    1 pear, ripe and sweet
    4 large leaves of Red Russian Kale
    2 cups of ice cold water
    Enjoy… add ice or Goji Berries if you like…

  16. Usually whatever I have around- steamed beets, greens, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, fresh herbs. I have been getting a lot of questions since that video went up- will have to post that recipe soon!

  17. Some of the links are a bit funny. If ever they aren’t working right- just enter them in the search and it will come up. I will get my assistant on that (by assistant I mean me).
