    Hey Meghan, so I purchased the cleanse before for my girlfriend Lisa, she loved it and felt so great I figured I should try it for myself. Just need to find a decent blender and I’ll be challenging my starch/meat-loving self to get through this myself.

    Just purchased 5 day vegan challenge and 3 day green smoothie cleanse. I have never even looked into vegan eating and I am nervous but excited! Been dealing with heal issues for 5 years now. Can not wait to see how I feel and hopefully this can be the start to a new beginning an healing process! =)

    Hello from Northern Ireland. Our family will be following the 5 days vegan plan. Mum, Dad, and 4 kids. Never been vegan before, but we do sprout and grow our own veg. Been wanting to try vegan for a long time but where we live its practically unheard of and there are no courses to go on, or restaurants to visit!

    Hi Meghan,

    I just discovered you and your blog this week. Lucky for me as it was perfect timing to join you on the upcoming Vegan Challenge and the Green Smoothie Cleanse! I purchased a Vita-Mix (!!) in August and it is quickly changing my life for the best. I’ve never loved greens so much as I do in my smoothies (my husband, the non-green guy too surprisingly). Everyday I do a bit more research on whole live foods and am enjoying the journey and look forward to learning more.

    I’m thinking there must be an obvious answer to this question, but since I am new to your tutorials I must ask … how will I be receiving my e-tutorials? Do I download them somewhere or will they be e-mailed to me through my PayPal e-mail address? I can’t wait to read every word.

    Also, is there a lot of cooking involved in the Vegan Challenge? I’ll do what it takes to participate for the five days but cooking isn’t really my favorite thing unfortunately (with luck that will change). That’s why the Vita-Mix has proven to be the perfect fit for me!

    Thankfully for me it’s still Monday in Canada so I was able to purchase the awesome bundle. I’m a day behind on starting the Low glycemic tutorial but I’ll do it for an extra day. It’s exactly what I need as I find I keep falling asleep during the day. Anndd… I’ve been a bit naughty and haven’t been eaten all too good and my body is not happy with me!

    So it’s great that I can now make green smoothies and eat low GI foods to get back on track!

    P.s. Sorry haven’t been on much. Lot’s of studying = stress = poor eating = feeling guilty when I see all your lovely healthy recipes.

    Hey Meghan!
    I recently purchased the “Natural Hormone Balance” tutorial and I was wondering, when can I start? I just sort of jumped right in, bought the Evening Primrose Oil capsules and started first thing the very next day but I was wondering if this is wrong and whether I should have waited until a certain point in my cycle.
