I love the Lunar cycle tutorial! As a woman with PCOS, I found it very helpful. It made sense of this crazy condition going on in my body. :)

Meghan, I really want to do the challenge (and read all your tutorials actually) but they just don't fit in my budget right now. My local library system takes book requests and offers online resources and books and I would like to submit these as a suggestion. I'm really not sure how it would work though since I typically would give a publisher and ISBN, I'm not sure what channels they purchase through. Are you guides only self published and available on your website right now? Any ideas if it could work?

Hi. I have so many questions about this Lunar Cycle tutorial. You seem to have more info about your other tutorials. I recently came off the pill, thank god, and am waiting for my body to return to it's normal pre-pill state. Will reading this Lunar Cycle help with this or is it a completely different thing? Will eating differently help bring back my menstral cycle even if you are just coming off the pill? Help! Or should I wait 6 months or so post-pill to embark on this?

Amen Sister! I'm in adrenal recovery mode, and I cannot BELIEVE what one single high-sugary-GI-glutenous meal can do to me. Diet has been the #1 factor in changing my situation. And SO TRUE about the PMS/ hormones!!
Thanks for all the wonderful info :)

This challenge is just what I need. I've done a lot since the new year to change my eating habits for the better but have slipped back a bit when my aunt died recently and since then I've been struggling with sugar and caffeine cravings. I've made some progress, but I think this challenge will get me properly back on track!

I've come to the conclusion that although I've cut down 95% of my refined sugar intake over the last month, I still depend a lot on sweets (via honey, maple syrup and fruits). And although that's not "bad", I think this challenge will stretch me to a place I haven't ever gone... and for that reason, I'm in.
