Holy smokerdoodles bat-ladies and gents! Talk about transitions. Not only did I leap a 50 degree difference between St. Lucia and Toronto when I came back, but I lept worlds!

I Get An Idea and You Get Healthy

Sometimes I have ideas. Okay… fine, I am like a spinning wheel of ideas. The ideas I have relate to what I want to create in the kitchen, how I want to decorate my new cargo bicycle trailer, silly outfits and blog post ideas. I also have ideas that affect other people’s business- whether it [...]

Back home and wow did I have a fantastic sleep last night. Up and at’em and off to yoga, my love of the practice and dedication to it fully renewed. I had a sweet week in California and came home to an email in my inbox that read: “CONGRATULATIONS on your success in the People’s [...]

Well wasn’t that the week we had here at Making Love In The Kitchen. I am head over heels in love with all the discussions going down over my posts on The Pill. If you missed them earlier in the week,  I would say these would be important ones. Just like I stressed with the [...]

Unless you are brand shiny new to this blog, it should come as no surprise at all that Halloween is the absolute fave holiday of my quirky, some might say eccentric, little family. Every year, the theme is discussed at length, starting in about February. We will be sitting around the table together on Sunday [...]

What  a great week it was. I taught three cooking classes in a row and then packed up my bicycle for the annual Apple A Day Giveaway, and what fun that was!  Thursday night I celebrated my 30th birthday with my sweetest friends and family. I am spending the weekend at the Holistic Health Research [...]

It was a different sort of week here at Making Love In The Kitchen. We took a short vacay from the kitch and entered the land of the loo to discuss the delicately avoided issue of feminine hygiene. In short- we talked tampons, toxins and twa, uh… vag health. This was an issue I wasn’t [...]
