I don't know about you but this weekend  I am busy in my kitchen cooking up a whole Low Glycemic load of goodness prepping for Monday's 5 Days Low Glycemic eating. This past Thursday night I taught my last cooking class of 2009 (which was awesome by the way) and one of the guests of the class mentioned she had bought the tutorial, had read it, thought it was great, but didn't know yet if she was in. I simply asked 'Why wouldn't you be? Why wouldn't you want to feel amazing?'. Whether she joins the fun or not, come Monday morning she'll think twice about breakfast and as far as I'm concerned, mission accomplished...]]></description>
