Green Smoothie Cleanse countdown is on! We’re hitting it as a group on Friday so get your tutorial now and get ready for three days that will change your life and lighten your load. Don’t miss the Vitamix incentive. That too could change your life… actually, I know it will!

What? Did you think I did all this alone? Really? Nope. No I don’t. I have a slow growing team and these ladies, my right and left hand super stars, are my absolute life savers.
I have three main addictions in my life that I constantly work to break free of. I have a whole post about this tomorrow but my three biggest challenges are (in no particular order) my addiction to perfection, an incredible struggle to relinquish control and a stubbornness when it comes to asking for help. Sound familiar, my dear sweet health blog readers? I know I am not alone here, just a few of us like to acknowledge this.
When I started my business, I was determined never to have to go for a job interview again as I wanted to decide what work I wanted to do, when I wanted to work and how much I wanted to work. In the spring, I realized that I was working too much.
I faced all three fears by asking for help with work. I did not expect that I would actually get women who gave me one thousand percent confidence in their abilities, trust worthyness, super-intelligence, vast nutrition knowledge and who also had a desire to help me out. But I did because, as I talk about in my Meditation Program, when we stick it out in a high vibe place, ask the universe for what we need, the universe delivers.
This coming weekend, they will be by my side coaching you along. The three of us together make up your Green Smoothie Coaching Team! And so I would like to formally introduce them both to you. You will soon be getting to know them very well and I know you will love their sassy nutritionista wisdom, and positive energy as much as I do.
You can listen to the recording of last year’s kick-off call if you like, by clicking here.
And here is a little more about your Green Smoothie Coaches (other than me!)
Cara Rice
Cara recently completed her studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, where she will soon obtain the designation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist. After six years in the advertising industry and a personal health scare, Cara made a life-changing decision to return to school to explore her interest in holistic nutrition. Just a few weeks in, she quickly realized her interest had turned into passion. Once completely useless in the kitchen, Cara is living proof that a little ‘love in the kitchen’ training goes a long way. She is very excited to be part of this fantastic team and to now be helping Meghan assist others in learning to make a little love in the kitchen too.
Alana Clark
Growing up with two older siblings that were both diagnosed with health problems, Alana knew at a very young age how important good health and how nutrition plays its part in it. This past February with the support of family and friends, Alana left her corporate career in marketing to pursue her passion for nutrition. She is now a full-time student at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and hopes to educate and help others towards optimal health and nutrition upon graduation with her Registered Holistic Nutritionist designation. Alana’s passions include trying new recipes, cooking in the kitchen and is a self professed Kale chip addict. She is super excited to be part of the Making Love in the Kitchen team and is looking forward to getting Green with the new Green Smoothie Cleanse!
