		<description>Just to let you know that I made this last week and it was a HUGE hit with James&#039; office.  I send them all my baking so I don&#039;t eat it all myself!!!  I have to confess that I used buckwheat flour instead of coconut flour and I accidentally put 1/2 cup of coconut oil in instead of 1/4 which just kept it moist, but it was still SO yummy.</description>
