What a lickity split pre-sale I had on the brand new e-tutorial for Natural Body Care. I knew there was demand, but wowsers. As I write this, Sunday evening, there are just 5 copies left and the rest of you slow pokies will have to wait two weeks to get yours… unless… Okay, so there is one other way.

I work from home. My home and my office look like this
Fun, right? All colourful and grown-up jungle gym like and everything. You know what’s more fun than looking at a picture? Being here in person! I am as guilty as the next person for not wanting to leave my house.
Putting on a pair of jeans, at this point is the equivalent of a black-tie affair. What I do know, is that when I do dust off my flat iron and throw a little mascara (safe brand of course) on the old eye lashes and leave my home to venture out into public spaces with these amazing people often referred to as either ‘my community’ or more maybe ‘strangers’, great things happen. Connections are made, bonds are formed, great things are learned… Um… I think this is called living.
Why am I telling you this? I am telling you this because I decided that because so many of your are so far away, I would offer my Total Health Lecture Series with a Webinar option and do you know what happened? Almost all the peeps who were supposed to come in person, switched to the webinar format and so once again, I am given no choice but to work in my PJs (if you are part of my Facebook group, you’ll get that).
So- you get party in your PJs along with me this Tuesday, and for the next three Tuesdays if you want to join the Webinar series from the comfort of your own home and your own (or your lover’s) PJs, but getting out is important too! Don’t forget that. Now- you don’t have to come over here. You might live in Victoria or Texas and Cardiff or Shenzhen (that’s in China and was included in my google analytics for site traffic)- but you are here because you have an interest in healthy living. Go out, check events, and connect with the community. It’s awesome! And seriously- people who live a great, healthy life really are nicer than the average sugar-crashing junk food addict.

In this two hour workshop, you will learn how to make everyday personal body care products out of the most basic kitchen ingredients. Using essential oils for their healing properties, combined with whole foods like avocado and oats, I will show you how to make an assortment of products including shampoos, hair conditioners, lip balm, tooth paste, mouth wash, shaving cream and deodorant. You will receive a collection of recipes as well as a list of herbs and foods and the function they can play in your cosmetic cabinet. This will be a relaxed demonstration class and attendees will all receive some samples of the products made. We will also discuss the importance of transitioning over to some more natural products for things we use on a daily basis. You will never go back to store bought again!
