    Just finished listening to this! Loved this conversation Ashley & Meghan! Ashley it was really great to hear how slowly your weight loss progress happened. That is my biggest hurdle right now, Meghan you were right on the mark when you said that you have clients who feel like they are doing everything right, but they are at a standstill maybe weightloss wise. That is me! I am exercising, eating a mostly vegetarian diet, lots of green smoothies, aiming for 20-30 miles of walking per week.. but just not getting many results scalewise. But I do feel better and I know I’m doing the right thing. Thank you both for helping to keep me motivated and on track!!

      You know what’s funny is that I was surprised how QUICK she lost the weight. I guess that’s just a matter of perception. You are working on changing your metabolism so once your metabolism catches up with your habits then you’re all good in the hood. I think, as Ashley said, consistency and keeping with it is key and in a manageable way!
