Here is what this goddess of a guide is all about:

5 Days Healing With Everyday Superfoods

If food is what is making us sick in our society, what if we amp up our diets and use food to resolve the problem too. What if we looked at food as our fuel, as our medicine and made it easy, delicious, and so uber powerful that our body had no choice but to heal and repair itself? That is what this tutorial is about.

The more I began to learn about the healing properties of these superfoods, the more of them I wanted in my diet. What was missing for me, in everything I was reading, was the inherent lack of practicality. Some might argue that being able to throw everything into a blender, stir it together, and drink your meal down is the ultimate in practical. True, it might be for some people. But what about the people who have families to feed, who want to sit down to a meal with others, who get genuine pleasure from being in the kitchen and finding creative ways to blend raw superfoods, cooked superfoods and plain old whole, unprocessed foods into delicious meals? That is where this tutorial comes in.

This newest tutorial, has the potential to change the way you look at food- and not in a bad way. The equation seems simple enough. Even Hipocrates, oodles and oodles of years ago new this truth. We are what we eat so why not let our food be our medicine. If food and lifestyle are the greatest contributors to ill health, why not turn that right on around and make the awesome choices that allow our food to heal us? If we give our body what it needs nutritionally, it will have all the tools necessary to build and repair itself.

Healing with Everyday Superfoods makes this a very easy switch to make. I provide lists of everyday powerful healing foods, as well as some that may be a little more unusual like raw cacao and sea vegetables. I don’t leave you there of course. I have outlined why we should get these goodies into the diet, provide many tips for eating them, offer a complete 5 day meal plan and all the recipes. I do my very best to make eating this way delicious and easy. The best bit, these tutorials are fun to read. The information is presented in a concise manner and with humour thrown in.

For just $12 to instantly download your own copy, there is really not much to loose. Even if you read through it and make just one adjustment to start building health, that in and of itself is massive.

“Hey Meghan –
You have really outdone yourself with this tutorial!  The research is incredible — and you have saved me so much time in researching it myself, here I have all the information I need right in one pdf. And of course, the reason I buy your guides is the recipes – and these look to-die-for!  Thanks so much for the different teas, they will go down a treat, can’t wait to experiment!   And the smoothies!  Ohhhhh, so excited to get into the kitchen. Thanks, as always, for the inspiration!!!! ” Lindsay

I read about you from one of my Spark friends, Angelica534. I was instantly intrigued and want to dive right in!! Slowly incorporate some of your recipes and learn what you have to teach! I LOVE to cook and I really want to teach my children about healthy eating on a higher level. We eat healthy now, but I want them to really understand food and it’s benefits. Right now our favorite superfood is Acai Berry. Even my 12 yr old son loves drinking Acai Berry juice when I can find it in the store. My daughter and I love drinking Snap Dragon from Votre Vu (I’m one of their many Brand Ambassadors) which has MANY great ingredients.
I’ve posted a note on my Facebook page and joined you on Facebook too.

It’s my lucky day a new “Meghan” tutorial and a vita-mix ($499 at Costco at their travelling road show this week in my town) all in the same day. Even though the Vita-mix was an awesome deal I have to say your tutorial is as great of a deal. Thanks again for so much amazing information presented in such an enjoyable format.
