Sometimes I have ideas. Okay… fine, I am like a spinning wheel of ideas. The ideas I have relate to what I want to create in the kitchen, how I want to decorate my new cargo bicycle trailer, silly outfits and blog post ideas. I also have ideas that affect other people’s business- whether it be their professional business or their personal business.

It is this creative spinning (which happens most effectively when I happen to be literally spinning my bicycle wheels down by the lake) that landed me with the Green Smoothie Cleanse Tutorial one year ago. I figured that if I wanted to live the life I am living- which means a sweet balance between being in the kitchen, being active, teaching and writing, I needed to find a way to spread the health love as widely and as effectively as possible without selling supplements in some mutli-level marketing scheme or giving clients partial protocols so they’d have to keep coming back every 4-6 weeks for years.

I  decided that if I could put the time, energy and thought into a really thorough program that people could follow with minimal assistance from me, charge a minimal fee to them, then it would be a win/win situation all around. It has been a winner that I am very excited about.

11 months later, I have written roughly 6 posts a week, posted over 50 videos, coached about 8 online programs through my blog and through twitter and have been able to offer 4 complete tutorials, 1 e-book of my personal story and 3 down-loadable mp3 lectures (and you can now listen to snippets of them- just click on one of the mp3 images above).

Best of all, however has been your response in regards to the difference this information is making to your health, the health of your family and friends and how you live your lives on a daily basis. The recent addition of my shiny new Affiliate Program is helping to spread the word.

I’d say my mission is accomplished. What this means is that the wheels keep spinning and new and greater ideas are forming. I have just sent my fifth and perhaps my most exciting tutorial off to my beloved editor and I hope to have that one available in about two weeks.

As you well know, the next group program kicks off on Sunday and I hope you will join.
