If you want to follow along on my 5 Day Vegan Twitter coaching, all you have to do is follow me and/or search #5DaysVegan
As if eating great food, having more energy, pooping better, sleeping better, trying new things and enjoying the shear empowerment that comes from taking on your own health in the most positive ways isnt’t enough, you can also win one these cute as can be Rasberry-Rhubarb tanks that say “Feel Good? Feel Great!” on them. Wearing one of these tanks means that you know what feeling great is all about- as do the women pictured above who were all gifted their very own upon arrival in St. Lucia.
The challenge begins next Sunday, February 21st and it is nervy too late to join in. 1 day is better than none (though 5 days is better than 1!). Between now and February 21st, buy any two tutorials or media downloads of your choice and you’ll receive 15% off the total purchase by entering “FebruaryHealth” as your discount code at checkout.
How the group challenge works:
- Enter a comment here to signal your participation, and you will be entered to win one of those fantasta-fasionable tanks.
- Get yourself a copy of the 5 Days Vegan tutorial
- Follow me on Twitter for live Twitter coaching through out the duration of the challenge
Still not sure, click here for more info or have a read of the following excerpted from the first round we did back in September.

Meghan,
I’m having trouble finding guar gum for the muffin recipe. Do you have any suggestions of a substitution or where I might find it? I’m in the Annex area of Toronto and have already checked several health food stores.
Thanks!
Hmmm… seems pretty common place in most health food stores. It helps to bind the non-glutenous flours together- perhaps a little extra ground flax.
I saw guar gum at a health food store in Kensington Market, I think the store was called Essence of Life.
Meghan, can buy Irish Moss in Toronto? I have been trying to find it in order to do a raw desert recipe (lemon meringue pie from I Am Grateful) and no one I have asked (including the health food store in Kensington I just mentioned) has any idea what I am talking about. I know you can order it online from the U.S. but I would love to be able to buy it here in Toronto.
I left this comment on your earlier post, but I wasn’t sure if you read comments on old posts, so I have posted the question again.
Thanks heaps!
I brought back so much with me from St. Lucia that I have yet to go on a real hunt. I have seen it in small packets in my local Caribbean grocer (don’t you wish we all had a ‘local caribbean grocer’, Lucky Lotto Mini Mart on Queen just west of Landsdowne. This makes me think that any Caribbean/South Asian market should have- goes by the name Irish Moss or Sea Moss. I will keep you posted if I spot it anywhere else.
