That’s right! We are at it again, cleaning up our slow and sluggish February selves with another round of this nutritious and delicious health challenge. Can you go animal-free for one whole week and do so without giving in to the easy vegan-friendly bread, poatos, pasta and sugary sweets?
You know what… don’t answer that. I know you can!
All you have to do to participate is dust off your copy of the 5 Days Vegan tutorial, or download a copy for just $12.00, read through it, stock your fridge and get eating!
The challenge begins next Sunday, February 21st so you’ve got oodles of time to get planning. Between now and February 21st, buy any two tutorials or media downloads of your choice and you’ll receive 15% off the total purchase by entering “FebruaryHealth” as your discount code at checkout.
How the group challenge works:
- Enter a comment below to signal your participation, and you will be entered to win a sweet little veg-friendly gift (to be revealed this week)
- Get yourself a copy of the 5 Days Vegan tutorial
- Follow me on Twitter for live Twitter coaching through out the duration of the challenge
Still not sure, click here for more info or have a read of the following excerpted from the first round we did back in September.
- Look Younger with Plants and Burgers
- Lower Cholesterol with Plants and Porridge
- Save A Zoo with Plants and… well, Plants!
- Poo More with Plants and Apples
So… Are you in or are you in?!?!?!

I am in this time! I purchased this about a month and a half ago and am ready to do this now! So excited!
I’m so in too! : )
We are in at this house — anything is possible for five days
And I know the recipes are soooo delicious in your tutorial!!
So, my 9 year old (Ryan) is really into this cooking stuff — his favorite channel on TV lately is The Food Network (not that it’s all healthy, but still). He’s very into helping me cook too — he’s a big fan of yours, especially after I went on the St. Lucia trip (guess since he knows I met you). And he keeps wanting me to check your blog to see if you made any comments on my comments (you know, the aloe one and the eggplant one). Too cute!
Oh no! Now that I know I have a 9 year-old guy reading, does this mean I have to keep it clean?
Meh… He’s got to learn sometime about wonky boobs and what not. If he wants to write a guest post for the blog, would love to feature him!
I’m in, can’t wait!
Nah, he’s not reading them — just likes watching the videos. You need to know that my kids have not been in school for over 2 weeks due to all the snow, with the exception of a lone thursday and that was a 2-hour delay. So, we’ve had LOTS of extra time for cooking, TV shows, time on computer, etc. I’ll ask him about the guest post, but since getting him to write anything is like pulling teeth, I’m sure he’ll decline. However, my 11 year old may be up for it (he’s really into health — like drinking green smoothies to improve his athletic performance with swimming and soccer). You just keep up your humorous style of writing and don’t change a thing about it
I am officially in!
I’m in! This is my second round of the challenge and I’m ready this time!
Welcome to awesome-town!
Yes, I would like to participate!
I am in! (and working on bringing my friend and boyfriend along too!!)
I’m in as well. I might even start sooner, but I’ll be doing it your way for the five days. I have your guide, it’s great!
I’m in!
yes, I’m finally joining one!
[...] 5 Days Vegan starts Sunday! Are you in? [...]
I am in!!!!!! and is that a picture of Laguna Beach, CA? I saw the Ruiz family speak in San Diego. It was magical. Enjoy every minute of wisdom.
It can be whatever beach you want it to be (but it’s in St. Lucia for reals)
i’m in too. looking forward to it.
Count me in too!
I just got my tutorial — I loved the vegan challenge in September, so I decided to up the ante and follow the real plan this time. Thanks for the encouragement.
Yaaaaay!
I’m in! And I’m excited. Never have I ever thought about doing anything like this…but now, I’m ready!
