Here it is! I am most excited about this new 5 Days Low Glycemic Eating program, though every time I launch one I get pretty jazz-handsed about it (picture that for a moment).

Until Monday, you can purchase the 5 Days Low Glycemic Eating tutorial, the 3 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse aaaaaand your choice of The Adrenaline Lunch mp3 (audio) or m4v (video) for a happily bundled price of $30.00. Simply add these goodies to your cart, enter the discount code healthybundle2009 and the appropriate discount will be applied. Cool low glycemic beaneeos.

Now the details of the program. As you are aware if you are one of the 500 peeps around the world who are already well versed in the likes of my e-guides to health, this one is no different in terms of its clear-leave-no-stone-unturned-no-question-answered approach. Keeping it light, fun and accessible is the name of the game.

Starting on Monday, December 7th we are going low glycemic together. I will be posting for the rest of the week on the benefits and importance of sticking to healthy, low glycemic foods and come Monday will be keeping you going with Twitter coaching (best be following ya hear).

The guide contains 60 + pages of info including (but of course not limited to):

  • What Is The Glycemic Index?
  • Breaking Habits
  • Hypoglycemia
  • Short-Term Health Effects of Fluctuating Blood Sugar
  • When The Hormones Run Amuck
  • Health Benefits of Low GI Eating
  • Sorting Through the Carbohydrate Jungle
  • The Low GI Foods
  • Importance of Protein and Fibre
  • Foods, Herbs and Nutrients That Balance Blood Sugar
  • Overcoming Cravings
  • 5- Day Meal Plan
  • Recipes + Additional Options
  • Prep Schedule
  • Food and Mood Journal

Even if this is not a program you want to follow full on right now, or even in the near future, the information I have included will definitely enlighten many of your food decisions and help you to understand why you feel the way you feel and how to make small steps in a more health supportive direction. It’s all good.

The greatest bit of feedback I received on my last 5 Days Vegan tutorial was this “I appreciate the humour and simplicity of your approach. You took the mystery out of making a change for the better” from Loren K. That is my goal with my blog and with all my tutorials and I am confident you will get value from this one.

Are you with me? Repeat after me. How low can you go? How low can you go? HOW LOW CAN YOU GO!!! Here we go!

Multi-Media Accompaniments: The Adrenaline Lunch

Recorded live at a corporate presentation in November 2009.
Lecture Outline: Skipping meals or eating quick lunches (and often breakfasts and dinners) of quick convenience foods may seem like the simplest and cheapest option at the time but there are big prices to pay. Riding through our day on adrenaline impacts all aspects of our life, from how we relate and respond to each other, to how well we can think, to our energy levels and ultimately on our short term and long term physical health. This session explains what is going on when we indulge in the adrenalin lunch and offers easy solutions to get off that ride.

Funny I ran across this article in my inbox…I had just read an article concerning female hair loss and the benefits of a low glycemic diet. Being in my 40′s and seeing changes in my hair, I decided to give a LGD a look at and here I am. Any comments on hair loss and low G diets……..thanks so much
