In the event that you missed Friday evening CBC Radio 3 Interview I have posted the audio below. I had a very lovely chat with Lana Gay, host of the awesome Indie Music Radio show Lanarama. It is always a little funny having these chats with Lana, who has had me on her show a whopping four times now. The challenge for me is to come across a lot cooler than my dorky nutrition loving ways often permit for her super cool hard core Indie Music lovers. How do we get from Indie Music to Holistic Nutrition? Very good question and the answer my vegan and non-vegan friends is Fashion.
That’s right. Lana and I go back to fashion school. A scary long ten years ago where we both did our undergraduate degrees in fashion. Serious bonding happened when we packed our surf boards to do a semester abroad in Australia (with a ridiculous jet-lagged day spent running hither and tichter all over Hong Kong enroute) and we are now both putting our fashion degrees to good use- Lana with her own Radio Show and programming gig with CBC and my cooking up a storm in my kitchen. The catch, however, is that we do these jobs in rather well coordinated outfits. What we do have in common is the shared love of laughing until we weep.
I will get on with it now.

Hi Meghan,
This is completely unrelated to this post, but I was hoping you might have a recommendation… I am looking for a good multi vitamin to try. I have tried a couple brands but am still not sold on any and always feel like I may be taking a lot of extra stuff my body doesn’t need/want. I am a 27 year old female. I eat healthy and drink tons of water, very little meat products and no red meat. Any suggestions for a good multi vitamin brand?? I’d appreciate your input!!
