I&#039;m a fan of Larabars. For weeks I&#039;ve been carefully rationing my last couple. I need to remember to ask my parents to pick me up a box the next time either is at Costco. I bought the last box in December.</description>

		<description>TeachyGreen- You definitely won&#039;t find textured vegetable protein (TVP) in my kitchen- though I suspect you would have guessed that otherwise why ask specifically right. It is made from defatted soy flour, a by-product of soybean oil. Nothing about this, I&#039;m afraid, is holistic- or whole for that matter.

AshleyH- I recommend bars that have recognizable ingredients- all of them identifiable!  Larabars a good choice though are quite high in sugars and should be more of a treat or for necessary circumstances rather than a daily snack option.</description>

I pack a whole duffle bag with food, a little water heater, can opener, knife, camp dishes, etc. I have a whole kit I drag around with me. It sure makes traveling more enjoyable when you have the foods you need and want.

Love your wedding photos. Looks like a lovely time. I also liked your fiddlehead recipe. I&#039;ve never had that, but it sure looks good.  You&#039;re right, great name.
