We did it!

greensmoothie1And so ends 3 days of drinking our super green smoothies! Congratulations and great big thanks to everyone who took interest and took part. We did it!

And it doesn’t have to end here. Some of the things you may have noticed:

  • No waste! Green smoothies are good for the planet with only food scraps as garbage.
  • Less snacking. When you don’t get to snack on chips and cookies, you recognize real hunger
  • Easy! How easy are smoothies to make? No quicker meal ever. So when you think you don’t have time to make a healthy dinner, throw it in the blender instead of the microwave. Pack it for lunch instead of eating. You’ll save money too!
  • Fresh air. If you followed the schedule you were outside walking at least once a day.
  • Free Time. Extra time, something we are all trying to save. What did you do with yours?

So keep at it! Keep drinking smoothies, maybe not for every meal but a few a week, or even one a day.

A little note from me on a personal level. I was hanging out with a friend Saturday night and we chatted while he munched away on carrot stick and hummus, he asked me what it felt like, to be doing what I was doing.

What do you mean? I asked him.

“Tomorrow morning, nearly 100 people will be changing the way they live, because of advice you gave them”.

And what is even cooler, is that you trusted that I was absolutely looking out for your best interests and that helped you to get a little bit healthier and there is nothing more important than that.

Thanks to the success of this program, there will be more tutorials, programs and guides to come. I’m thinking weeks of raw, vegetarian, vegan, low-glycemic, and grain-free. Any other suggestions are more than welcome.

    Congratulations Meghan!! Thank you for all your great advice, it inspires me so much, I know I am on the right track to health and healing!
    Did you record the Dinner Party Call? I was stuck in traffic during it and missed out. Would love to hear it.
    I saw that you did not get my email again. I responded to the one you sent that said “no email” just to see if it works.
    I’ve emailed you in the past as well and had no response and I just figured you were too busy. I wonder if you ever received them. Let me know if you get anything.

    I’ll buy the e-tutorial. I was reading Gingerlemongirl’s blog yesterday and felt that maybe I should have done it after all. However, I can do it ANY time and I did eat salads for lunch on Monday and Tuesday and a veggie plate for dinner yesterday.

    I just wanted to tell you how great it would be to do a vegan lesson. I have always wanted to learn how to eat more veggies and so forth but I have no idea how to go vegan. or cook or what to buy from a grocery store. I would be the first one to sign up. Please keep me updated. I am very interested.
