Good job everyone! I really hope to join your next cleanse Meghan! I felt I couldn't this time because I am breastfeeding my little one, but I have been completely vegan the last few weeks... my own spring cleaning!

I DID IT. I am drinking my last glass of green juice for the green cleanse, but it won't be my last. I never thought that I could do it, but since I am Meghan's mom I thought i should support this idea. Well, I loved it, I feel clean and healthy.
I discovered that you can mix in all sorts of things and taste along the way. If it is really awful just add ginger. This will become my lunch of choice. i did all the cleansing rituals and I think this helped keep away the cold I felt coming on.
It was not hard at all and I feel so much better.
Phew.

This cleanse must have worked because I can't bear the thought of actually making a lunch tomorrow!

Oh how I wish I had access to YouTube at work.

I know what you mean about those dinners. There's nothing like desperate Jewish boys from Yonge and Eglinton and Thornhill...
(Not that I'm assuming that this was the case with the dinner you were at.)

Heh. I just realized that if I go through with my little business venture idea I'll have a GREAT answer to, "What do you do?"

I will absolutely be holding another cleanse this summer along with all sorts of other programs through the year- vegetarian weeks, vegan weeks, raw weeks, grain-free weeks, low glycemic... taking any and all suggestions! Just want to try and introduce new ways of eating and healthful foods!

Hi Meghan!
I am loving your posts about the Green Smoothie Cleanse. I'm really sad not to be participating, but this week just doesn't work for me. I was wondering if you plan on hosting another cleanse during the summer? I would LOVE that! Thanks for all of your advice and cheer! :-)
