Weekly Meal Prep for Health

Next workshop: Sunday April 5th, 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Upcoming: Sunday, May 10th, 2:00-4:00pm
Cost: 55.00 per person
Location: Queen and Dufferin Area, Toronto

We often begin our week with the best of intentions thinking ‘this week I am going to eat healthy and stick to a good wholesome diet’. And then our best intentions fall by the way side. We end up working late, forget to pack a lunch, don’t make it to the store, don’t have time, have nothing in the house… The list of excuses goes on and on.

In this two hour workshop, you will learn how to prep your kitchen for a week of healthy eating, learn simple tips and tricks for healthy eating whether you live alone or with others, how to get yourself organized for the week, as well as sample a variety of very yummy in the tummy healthful goodness, prepared fresh during the workshop. Part lecture, part workshop, part cooking demo, all great!

Each participant will receive a complete tutorial that includes:
- a kitchen organizing checklist
- a weekly meal plan
- a schedule to get those meals made quickly and efficiently
- recipes
- shopping lists
- nutrition and cooking information
- simple and healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas

My goals is that you will leave the session with all the tools you need to get yourselves on the right track with healthy eating and the motivation to stay there.
