		<description>I would suggest in this case- you choose a different recipe and just add the fruit. One or two eggs are easy to replace but for this one, not sure it will work out at all like cake as the eggs in this play a part in the spongeyness of it.</description>

		<description>Meghan, I love your site!  So up my diet, vegan, gliadin-free, BUT in this recipe there are 5 eggs, could I substitute with alternative egg replacers or combo&#039;s of?!  I wished I lived closer to attend the Fair this weekend, don&#039;t Tweet or FB, so can&#039;t imbibe in free winnings (sigh), Alaska is a distance!  Though home (was Vermont) would have been, and college (Rochester, NY) was too.  Love our Canadian neighbors!  ;-D</description>
