Hi there,
Just saw your recipe in one of the dailies and tried it. It was excellent - a very nice change from potatoes and much lighter.

Thanks! Wishing your father all the best.

Oh YUM. I am a HUGE lover of potatoes (my favourite food just might be baby red potatoes with pepper and butter), so I will have to try this.

I got into not eating nightshades after reading a lot of books about macrobiotics. But I haven't seen anyone from any other nutritional standpoint mention them! And when people ask I feel like I only have a vague notion that they are bad for you. Where is your info from, also macrobiotics?

Awesome blog and site and personal story--I just found you and am inspired! I start school at New York's IIN in just a few weeks :-)
