		<description>I got into not eating nightshades after reading a lot of books about macrobiotics. But I haven&#039;t seen anyone from any other nutritional standpoint mention them! And when people ask I feel like I only have a vague notion that they are bad for you. Where is your info from, also macrobiotics?
