Hi Meghan,

I just found your website and have an online crush on you! Creepy, right? Just wondering - is it possible to use another flour to start the...er....starter? Say, maybe buckwheat, millet, quinoa? I managed to actually develop a rice sensitivity this year while trying to be gluten-free so I'm left with some pretty boring bread choices right now! I'm hoping it's possible to adapt your recipe accordingly.

Thanks so much for reading this and please don't ever, ever stop writing your blog! It's so encouraging and inspiring and fun. :o)
